Paper Core Pipe :

Paper cores are long cardboard tubes with strong resistance to pressure from the outside. They go by the names spiral-wound paper cores and cores made of fiberboard. Adhesives are used for laminating or gluing the paper layers together. We manufacture a variety of core pipes that differ based on their thickness, length, weight and strength, depending on the purpose for which it is going to be used.

Grinded Paper Core :

A grinded corrugated core pipe is a paper core with a smooth surface achieved through grinding or polishing. It's typically made from heavy-grade paper and used in various industrial applications. Cores with polished surfaces are employed in polyester film and related industries. Self-adhesive tapes and flexible film winding both employ grinded paper cores.

Paper Tubes :

Paper tubes consist of paper or paperboard sheet layers wound together to form strong, hollow, and usually cylindrical shapes. The paper layers are laminated or bonded together using adhesives. The wall thickness of the tube can vary depending on the number of layers wrapped during manufacturing. They are widely used in spinning mills to wrap layers of thread. They can also be used in packaging and storing beverages and other food items like chips. Another use can be to store and transport rollable materials like maps, documents., posters, paintings and many more.

Paper Edge Protector :

Edge protectors, sometimes called edge boards, are incredible at securing the most vulnerable places on a package, the edges, because they are able to provide uniform weight distribution. Acting as an internal pallet reinforcement, they create stability for multilevel stacking by moving more stress to the edges of a container. We manufacture a variety of edge protectors varying in length, thickness and quality.
